Payment Options


 We understand the every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for our services. We offer several options for payment.

When ordering, you can choose any of the following:

· Personal Check or Money Order – Checks are made payable to Carl Dorr or our company.

· Trust/Trustee account checks or Estate/Decedent/Executor/P.R. bank account checks – Checks are made payable to Carl Dorr or our company.

· Credit Card – A convenient payment option for those using either a MasterCard or VISA credit card.

· Cash - Usually accepted everywhere including this company.

Payment is most often required when meeting the appraiser on the appraised property inspection date unless special arrangements have been made prior to the delivery of the final appraisal report(s).

 Residential Real Estate Services and Fees

Single Family Residential Houses, Coop & Condominium Properties  $225 - 450
Single Family Houses, Coop & Condo Properties over $200,000  $250 - 600
Duplex, Tri-Plex or Four-Plex Multi-Family Appraisal  $600 - 1200
Form 2055 Limited Lender Appraisal Report  $275 - 375
Employee Relocation Appraisal - ERC report  $500 - 650

Tangible Personal Property (TPP) / Trusts or Register of Wills - INVENTORY schedules

Inventory forms for Trusts and Estates/Probate purposes -- please CALL with items description(s) / number of TPP items for Fees quote to include

   · Used furniture or secondhand furnishings

   · Vehicles including cars, trucks and motorcycles

   · General household items, personal effects or household contents, etc.
